01 I didn't receive my Serial Key. Where can I get it?
Please contact us at sales@nerxy.com and include your order ID. Keys are delivered automatically but can occasionally be caught by spam filters — check your junk folder first.
02 Nerxy is not organizing all images within my folders. Why?
Contact us at support@nerxy.com with a list of the file extensions that are not being processed. We'll investigate and follow up quickly.
03 Nerxy is not organizing all my music files. Why?
Contact us at support@nerxy.com with the specific file extensions that aren't being picked up. We support most common audio formats and can add support for others.
04 How do I know what Nerxy is doing to my original files?
Open Nerxy Preferences and check under 'Action to Take' — this shows whether files are being moved or copied. You can also view a full history of every operation from the Logs view.
05 How can I view what files have been moved and where?
Open the Logs view in Nerxy. It shows every file that was organized, its new destination path, and the status of the operation. Nothing happens without being logged.
06 Can I create my own rules for organizing?
Yes. Nerxy allows you to define Custom Rules — specifying what content to organize and in what order. The wizard walks you through this on first setup, and you can modify rules any time.
07 Can I change the default path for my organized files?
Yes — you can set a default audio and photo destination in the Preferences Window. You can also set a specific location per rule inside the Rules wizard, overriding the default for that rule.
08 How do I set Nerxy to automatically organize files?
Start the Nerxy Agent. Once running, it watches the default Source Folder on your Desktop. Any file placed in that folder is processed automatically — no further interaction needed.
09 Can I drag and drop files into Nerxy for organizing?
Yes. You can drag and drop files directly into the Source Folder window in Nerxy. They are added to the scanning queue and organized according to your rules.
10 Can I change the default source folder?
The default source folder is created by Nerxy and is always being scanned. You can add additional folders via the wizard — but the default source folder itself is a fixed location used as the drop target for automatic organizing.
